Learn from a team that has a wealth of experience in teaching & coaching and, who are committed to giving you the best surfing experience you can imagine. ESG has built a reputation for quality and excellence, our staff is employed not only for their ability to surf but for their ability to listen, to help and to be professional.

The Gap course is great fun, yet intense. Whilst attending the gap course you are based for 100% of the time in a surfing environment. The intention is for all students to be immersed in the culture and way of life of a surfer. It is also a great opportunity to learn French language and the basics of French cooking.

Past events have included bodysurfing, swimming & paddling (when the ocean is flat, very rare at this time of the year) and of courses several nights out sampling the delights of Biarritz & San Sebastian(Spain) night life.

It's up to you - come and join us, be part of our team and find out what fantastic experiences await you!

Who is our gap course for?
Students taking a year out, career breakers and people looking for a change of direction. We invite everyone to join us, but one thing all our students have in common is a strong desire to get as mush as possible from their time with us.
